Notes: What a great day with so many great people: Ryan of the Nine Inch Nails live archive, Meghan of War Within a Breath, Anthony, GW, Shane, and of course Sunny. It was so awesome to spend the day with fellow Rage and music fans. This was hands down one of the best sets of the tour and I think this might be their longest set of original songs to date. No Shelter was performed on a black Gibson guitar which might be a first. Wake Up was performed on Meghan's request which was wild as well. A truly unforgettable day - let's do it again in DC soon! In terms of the recording it sounds great. Small channel dropout in Bombtrack that I left, that was from me adjusting the recorder. Nbox Platinum was used tonight and it sounds killer. Also filmed (and monitored!) in 4K as well. There were at least two other tapers tonight so this show should have some killer tapes emerge from it soon :)

Lineage: Schoeps MK4s + Babynbox + Marantz PMD-620 (Oade Concert Mod) [24/48] / Feed
Notes: Hands down the best tape of the tour so far. Ryan runs the incredible Nine Inch Nails live archive (ninlive.com) which was a huge insoiration behind my archive. It was a pleasure spending the day with you and cannot WAIT to do it again, whether for Rage or Nine Inch Nails! Taper notes: "A really good day all around meeting up with some people before the show. Was nice to see everyone. Had a few people taping this one, so here is the second source to be released. Thank you to TJ of the Rage Archive for hanging out during the day and being able to meet some new friends along the way! Show was fantastic. Even with Zack sitting for the show, the energy was there. Floor looked absolutely insane from where I was sitting. I can't wait for El Paso and the Detroit shows. Recording sounds good, I am happy with the results and I also added some low end/vocals with the feed I was given. This was my first time running the Marantz modded by Doug Oade. I am looking forward to using this unit more."
