In-Song Dialogue: [?? prison?] system it doesn't have our [??]
  • Alright check it out, hold on. This next song is a new one and it's about silence. It's about silence that the media has put upon all of us out here. It's about, the silence that needs to be broken in order to take control of our own destiny so that we're not dependent on the system that beat Rodney King. So we're not dependent on the system that's been invoking genocide and oppression for over 400 years. Upon the Chicano community, upon the African community, and other communities at large. And it shouldn't take a fucking riot, it shouldn't take innocent people getting killed, it shouldn't take African and Chicano businesses to be burnt to the ground to bring Uncle Bush out here to LA and start addressing these issues that should've been addressed years ago. We have to become more active, it's become OUR responsbility. We cannot be quiet about a system anymore, complain about it, we have to fight it and fight it intelligently and learn to speak up and voice ourselves. This song is called a Fistful of Steel.
  • 5. Fistful Of Steel
  • Throwing out some tapes, fucking throw them all away. Here's some more. Alright check it, this one is called Know Your Enemy.
  • 6. Know Your Enemy
with demo tapes thrown into the crowd
  • [??] polite, be polite to the [??] there's free tapes. This is our last song. This song is about the rights that we have left right now and need to be addressed. This song [??] the right to speak. The right for women to have control of their own bodies because they're being taken away. The system is set up to take away right now. And unless we get out there and become more active, raising our voices in schools, talking to each other, communicating and fighting the oppressor intelligently, not violently. Then we'll have Freedom.
  • 7. Freedom
