Setlist

(Announcer): Alright: before we begin I just wanted to say that this week we've gotten more calls about this band than any other band so far here at Nomads. Would you please help me welcome Rage Against the Machine
  • 1. Wake Up
    No Kashmir intro
In-Song Dialogue: [??] get rid of that fucking rascist pig [??] and if they think that's going to take care of the problem they're wrong. What's going to take care of the problem is us raising our consciousness. Raising our spirit, raising our souls. Taking it to the streets and fighting it out there. We gonna use what was given to us I'm not going to waste away in this fucking [fenced?] shit land called America. Wake Up!
  • We need some bass, and some more guitar in the monitors. If you could bring the high end down just a tad. Thank you. We need a lot more bass up here if possible.
  • 2. Bombtrack
  • 3. Bullet In The Head
  • This is a song called Settle For Nothing
  • 4. Settle For Nothing
  • 5. Fistful Of Steel
  • I'm glad everyone is up front and having a good time. Um, I just don't want us to forget about why we're here tonight. For the past couple of months what I've seen made me realize that there's a fine line between protecting and serving our community and perputrating hatred and violence and rascism within that same community. And if we don't support more benefits like this and come out and take action and empower ourselves then that line that draws between those two will finally dissapear and it won't be protect and serve. It'll be oppress and forcefully control us. This song is not a violent song, it's not a song about hate. This song is called Killing in the Name
  • 6. Killing In The Name
  • Alright for those interested on July 25th at the Hollywood Palladium there's going to be an acoustic set [??] featuring Pornos for Pyros, Alice in Chains, and we'll be playing acoustic sets and I hope you all show up. Also, July 11th, we're playing Castiac Lake with Pyros. This is going to be our last song tonight and it's called Freedom.
  • 7. Freedom
  • Thank you very much! We're outta here.
