    with Speech (with Eric Bobo)
In-Song Dialogue: Yes. Just for your personal attention. We would like to announce and make very clear that the US government is starting another Vietname in southern Mexico. We would like to make this very clear to you because we believe, we strongly believe, that the media in the US is blocking it from your attention. What they're attempting to do is to prevent you from getting involved here to prevent the death of millions of indgenous people who took up arms against the 65 dictatorship, the [Institutional Revolutionary Party?] of Mexico. And at this time millions of indgenous people are being chased into the hillsides by armies fueled and funded by the US government, by the Clinton admistration. By William Perry, and all them fucking pigs up in Washington. And we feel it's important that we all understand and know that, and that our action can stop it. So are you standing in line? (transition back to main song)
  • The next song is called Killing In The Name.
  • 7. Killing In The Name
  • 8. Freedom

This was ripped by me from the Silver CD that I found in a Rasputin. The CD case says "Produced by Missing Link, Pure Soundboard Blizzard Recordings, OSA - Made in the Chech Republic". Not sure what the original source is, but I'm guessing either a SBD or FM rip

Complete recording from bootlegconfessions. A bit rough but the first audio recording to emerge. His notes: "As the shows progressed both days, I grew accustomed to the rhythm of the crowd’s movements and learned to shift from one side of the field to the other near the end of each set, so I’d be in place for the beginning of the next set on the other side when the next band started. Well, when Rage Against The Machine started, the crowd surged over like a fucking tidal wave and I had to use every ounce of my strength to stay upright. Lots of people fell over on the way and we all did our best to help them up, so nobody would be crushed to death. It was pretty hairy, truth be told, but as far as I know there were no serious injuries that day. Suffice to say, the crowd went completely nuts during their set and it was one of the biggest pits I’d ever see in my lifetime. It’s more than a pit when it gets to be that size, it’s a god damn maelstrom."
