A huge thanks to Jlizard and Carl for providing me with a copy of the Master tape! This was transfered from the Master DAT and has circulated over the years but I think incorrectly attributed to CSBs (see the other source on the archive). Jlizard told Carl: "Recorded left side stack and next to a large cement pole. Same place both nights. Here is a tidbit I remembered... 8/12 mic in low sensitivity, 8/13 line in. Testing Sonics for high SPL. Sent tape to Sonics to verify distortion on preamp and hence went with line second night. These two shows are what made me get an Oade mod on my D7 and D8. Three months later Jeff (RIP) used the D7 at Tool Electric Factory 11/23/96." That Tool concert was pressed to several different bootleg CDs.

A huge thanks to Jlizard and Carl for providing me with a copy of the Master tape! This was transfered from the Master DAT and has circulated over the years as a recording incorrectly attributed to a show that did not happen a day earlier. Jlizard told Carl: "Seems to me that that time into the show was just about when I got my ass kicked in. My hat came completely off and fell on the ground from some dumbass trying to climb the pole I was holding on to. Thought I was gonna die at those shows and was literally deaf for 3 days as I didn't wear plugs at the time. Held onto the pole for dear life, hoping not to be taken up by the moving crowd. I recorded left side stack and next to a large cement pole. Same place both night"
